We strive to accommodate schedules wherever we can and we always work to get your pet back as quickly as possible, the grooming process can take 2-4hrs depending on size, breed, & behavior. Please understand that we are working with live animals and cannot guarantee times. We place the well-being of the pets in our care, safety and quality of work above speed.
